The Lunch Belle has done her homework and made a list of restaurants and quick-stops for nabes all over NYC. As with most of The Belle's lists, this one is ongoing. - Spark's Steakhouse: Eat your filet surrounded by Wall Street's 'movers and shakers'~charming 'good ol' boy' atmosphere
- Tenzan: Fresh, affordable and delicious sushi/Japanese served in a clean and gorgeous space~enjoy the sounds of the tranquil, zen-like waterfall as you chow on your hamachi
- La Bonne Soupe: French bistro fare served in a charming, warm and comfortable setting~one of the best 'bangs for your buck' in town
- Mia Dona: Noteworthy Italian
- Shih Lee (delivery): Americanized Chinese that's delicious and much less greasy than the others~high quality ingredients and friendly service
- Mama Mexico: Authentic Mexican served in nice digs~cross your fingers that the mariachis are there when you dine!
- Buttercup Bakeshop: Home of the best cakes in the city AND in-the- running for the best cupcakes~take-out or quickly eat-in
- Chola: Tasty Indian served in a festive, yet business-like atmosphere~great lunch buffet
- Lenny's (delivery): Yummy sandwiches & salads~eat-in, take-out or delivery
- Just Salad (delivery): Make-your-own salad creations~great variety of Hale & Hearty soups
- Bukhara Grill: Best Indian in Midtown, hands down!
- Luna Piena: Decent neighborhood Italian~nice outdoor seating in the summertime
- Angelo's Pizza (delivery): The Belle's favorite pizza in Manhattan~great salads and pastas
- Rosa Mexicano: Good Mexican with the best guacamole in the universe~chic and fun atmosphere~tasty margaritas
- Ess-a-Bagel: Crispy on the outside and doughy on the inside, these bagels rock! Choose from a wide variety of flavors and schmears
- Dawat: Indian cuisine served in a lovely dining room with some of the most pleasant service in town~pricier than others
- Taksim: Casual and quick Turkish serving fresh and delicious food
- Patsy's Pizzeria: The Belle's favorite location of the Patsy's lineup~lively and charming atmosphere...great place to take the out-of-towners for a 'New York' experience
- Grand Sichuan Eastern: Authentic Chinese served in a casual and comfortable setting~don't come here if you're looking for egg rolls and sweet 'n' sour chicken...this is the real deal~great soup dumplings and casseroles
- Dishes: The king of the quintessential 'NY' high-end deli~gourmet everything for eat-in, take-out or delivery~clean and modern atmosphere and amazingly fresh food
- Shun Lee Palace: High-end Chinese
- Chop't: Make-your-own salad creations~more non-salad variety than its rival Just Salad
